Auto 4s sales model is the preferred sales model in our country’s auto sales market, while 4s shop become the largest position of the actual traffic volume. This sales model is a kind of car service, who put Vehicle sale, Spare parts sale, After-sales maintenance, Information feedback together. But in recent years, exposed many negative phenomena, such as 4s shop’s unreasonable fees, monopoly supply, monopoly distribution channels and so on. Hidden defects of 4s distribution model emerge gradually. For this reason, our country’s related departments start to anti-monopoly in auto market. After two years of preparation, anti-monopoly starts antitrust fight formally in the automotive industry. At first, in August 1,2014, the State administration for industry and commerce published related announcements. This announcement declared,since October 1,2014, the State administration for industry and commerce will stop to implement filing work about general automobile dealers and car brand dealers, authorized registration is not the requirement for car broker obtain distribution qualification. The same time, since June 10,2014, the Ministry of Commerce declared conduct antitrust investigation domestic car market. In one year, selling enterprises in China’s automobile industry received monopoly ticket, which more than 2 billion yuan. So, why monopoly is so serious in our country’s automotive industry? What is the effect? What is the technique of break monopoly in the automotive industry? Making rational thinking about these problems, is beneficial to breaking monopoly, creating a healthy and fair environment for the development of automotive industry. This paper analysis the environmental situation in our country’s auto market, analysis relevant laws and regulations in this field, comparing related regulations in abroad, proposed some problems of 4s distribution model, and proposed some ideas.Including innovation of management style in sales model and adjustment of relevant laws and regulations.
