A Study On The Development Of China's Financial Support For Pension Services

Nowadays,the scale and speed of aging in our country have reached an unprecedented state.The development of the old-age service industry has not kept up with the trend of aging,how to solve the problem of aging population and how to deal with the long-term and old-age demand Continue to increase the moment to become a major problem,to create a consistent with the actual situation of China's social pension service system,become the country's urgent problem to be solved,but also a primary task to benefit people's livelihood.Financial institutions in today's financial market-oriented,diversified trend,its traditional business and development model is facing enormous challenges.Financial support for the development of pension services,is the current financial market transformation and upgrading of the inherent requirements,but also to accelerate the development of pension services,the urgent needs,therefore,the two departments in 2016 jointly issued the "financial support for pension services to accelerate the development of the guidance."Based on this background,this paper analyzes the present situation,the problems and the reasons of the development of the old-age service industry from the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the old-age service industry and finance,the experience of the developed countries' financial support pension service industry and the countermeasures to elaborate.First introduced the concept of pension services and finance,financial support for the pension service industry theoretical basis.And then introduced the national development banks to support the pension service industry focus areas,financial innovation to support the pension service industry specific practices.At the same time,it analyzes the main problems of the financial support pension service industry from the aspects of the old-age service industry and the financial institution,and summarizes the reasons from the pension service industry,the bank and the government.In the part of the foreign financial support pension service industry,the paper introduces the characteristics of Japan's pension service industry and its financial support to the pension service industry.It introduces the characteristics of the US pension service industry and its housing reverse mortgage loan.According to the common practice in Japan and the United States,in the laws and regulations,industry standards and personnel training in three areas summed up the inspiration to our country.Finally,we will make suggestions on improving the financial organization system and strengthening the supporting policies in the field of pension.
