The Analysis Of Xijinping's Overall National Security Concept

National security is not merely the cornerstone of national development,but also the key to rise and fall of a nation.At present,China is experiencing double security test from international and domestic.On one hand,the international security environment is entering a new period of upheaval,big adjustment and change,with the characteristics of contradictions agglomeration,superposition and variation.Menawhile,the strategy formulated by the United States of Asia-Pacific Rebalancing and Restricting China from Neighborhood,puts China's surrounding environment into a particularly severe atmosphere.One the other hand,along with the reform deepening,social conflicts and hot issues becomes very complicated,and the problems of non-traditional security becomes serious and outstanding,such as terrorism,energy security,information security,etc.The propose of Overall National Security concept by China's president Xi established a national security governance value guidance for the state,and innovates the new idea of international security cooperation.Based on the reviewing of both the international and domestic state security situation and theoretical origin,this thesis provides the scientific connotation of Xi's Overall National Security concept,which takes people's safety as the purpose,political safety as the fundamental,economic security as the basis,military,culture and social security as guarantee,relying on international security promotion,aiming at out of a national security road with Chinese characteristics.Besides that this paper also deeply analyze the theoretical characteristic presented by Xi's concept that is people oriented,both inside and outside consideration,stressing harmony,and show tolerance.Thus,it completes practical significant and new theoretical character of governance modernization of this security concept.Since 1949,China's state security has evolved from maintaining the survival of new China security to constructing the overall national security concept.Gradually,China has entered from edge to center in the field of international security cooperation.Xi's Overall National Security concept contains distinct Chinese characteristics,not only reflecting the communist party's political wisdom and responsibility to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics,but also manifesting the spirit of building the Community of Human Destiny.
