| There are large numbers of grass-root courts in China which get direct contact with the masses of people.The statistical data of Supreme Court shows that: The grass-root court as the most direct and most widely coverage first tier tribunals in judicial field,be laden with80% first instance and last instance of civil affairs and Criminal.As a special career,the level of the professional ethics of the police of grass-root court concerns not only the benefits of the masses of people,but also concerns the long-time security and long stable development of our country.So,to reinforce the professional ethics of the police in grass-root court not only the necessary for the legal construction in China,but also the necessary for the Chinese dream.To be a executor of the tribunal,the judicial police plays a very important role in the try?execute ?defend? and take into custody process.In recent years,the ideology of people has diversified development,the mix of values and life view has made some judicial police gradually appear immorality.This phenomenon shows the shortage of the group construction of professional ethics But the process of rule of laws more Chinese,it come up with a higher ?newer demands?This study was based on this background of the reality of grass-root court judicial police construction in Taiyuan city,using the recycle investigation data and the condition of judicial police in grass-root court which published by the supreme Judicial Court(SJC)in 2013-2015,and combined with the construction of professional ethics of the judicial police in recent years,we've got the current situation of professional ethics.At the same time,we analyzed the problem of the grass-root judicial police construction and the reason,and come up with the targeted the solutions and strategy,Aims to improve the professional ethics of grass-root court judicial police.So that it could provide the theoretical foundation that better constructing the police image with Chinese characteristics. |
