There was a consumer who had bought something from the Japan Lotte, but he have not received the express in a perfect condition, and he had faced a lot of problem in the process to exercise right over the express company,As the “Internet+” policy has been carried out, the express delivery industry is increasing in a high speed, but it also have some problem in this industry, More and more people choose Cross Border Online Shopping, because of the separation between space and time, they always have to face the under risk and have no idea to resolve it.
