Based on analyzing its current situation, negative effect and reasons, try to find out the crux.Part four: put forward corresponding strategy and advice, which should include the systematization and standardization of the relevant legislation; clearing the identification criterion of misjudged cases and building a corresponding theoretical system; transforming the entity-oriented responsibility system and clearing the responsibility limits and trying to create an atmosphere where there is a belief in laws. Besides, in the essay, I use an entry point, the safety of judges, and case study to demonstrate the significance and necessity of career security system of judges. On the other hand, we need to make efforts to improve judges' quality during the construction of high-level judges.
