The mass line is our party's basic route,political line and organizational line.The academic circle gradually began to attach importance to and focus on the researches on mass line.In CPC's long-term revolutionary practice,the mass line played an important role.However,with the evolution of the era and the transition of the society,the mass line is faced with new challenges.How to do a good job of the masses in the new situation is an important practical project that our party has to face.The paper expounds the current problems in the implementation of the mass line from the following three perspectives.The first one is the implementer of the mass line(cadres)exist some neative corruption,has been and is affecting the credibility of the party's mass line;The second is the mass line of complicated object with diversification,caused the internal interest differentiation and the lack of identity of the masses,increasing the mass line is extremely difficult to implement in the implement effect of generation;The third one is the lagging of ideas and methods of the mass line,empirical,dogmatism and formalism restricts the effect of the mass line.The reasons for the formation of the practice of the party's mass line is various,both historicalfactors,more realistic.Among them,the more prominent reason lies in the following four aspects:first,institutional construction of the mass line is not perfect.For a long time,we have emphasizes the consciousness of the mass line in thought level,and the lack of system and the implementation of the system;Second,the influence of various factors caused by the lower social credibility of the mass line.Needless to say,for a long time,the party's mass line of the formal,the relationship between alienation,and efficiency is the highest of elite course is popular,especially among some leading cadres corruption,etc.,leading to a fall in the party's mass line credibility;Third,the aim of some leading cadres weak sense and enterprising spirit.Life of the masses is the party member the leading cadre of the mass line,the procuratorates can consciously position,view and handle correctly the masses relationship between the party and the masses,is the key to implement of the mass line,the objective consciousness and lack of enterprising spirit is bound to lead to facing practical difficulties;Fourthly,some leading cadres of the mass line idea lag,lack of ability.empirical,dogmatism and formalism and utilitarianism is the mass line,the problems existing in the practice often and these problems are often not be perceived by some party members and cadres,even being as experience "results" to be sure,this is most difficult and most in need of attention in the practice of the mass line and to overcome the problem.This paper is to focus on only the mass line under the new situation the realistic predicament of resolution in the practice,but not to do specific inquiry time path to solve these problems,one is based on the length and its research level of the article,trying to be all may find it difficult to deepen the study of related issues.And focus on reality and its forming reason,to deepen the party's mass line under the new situation of the theory and practice research has a fundamental role;Second,under the new situation of the mass line practice path is not only a theoretical problem,is more of a practical problem.The determination of efficient paths which need comprehensive theory and practice aspects,based on the history,reality and future,to make the macro layout and the design of the specific operation mechanism.As a result,the problem of research based on this paper,based on the need to do more in-depth thinking.It will continue to study in the future.
