Research On The Sustainable Development Of Criminal Technology In Public Security Investigation

Recently,the successive rape murder case happened in Baiyin city of gansu province which is named “The unsettled case” has been solved take up the headlines.the case makes the criminal technology once again into public view.Involvi ng material evidence preservation,fingerprints,and Y chromosome STR inspection cr iminal technology,make the transfer into a fast knot sleuthing appeared,in the case of detected without police investigation and technical staff adhere to the "never give up",more benefit from the public security organs in the process of investigation of criminal technology used successfully.The author thinks that the criminal technology is an important part of criminal investigation work,only to realize the sustainable development of criminal technology work in public security investigation,in order to continuously meet the needs of the crime.Sustainable development is not only to the present criminal technology in developed countries or regions,also want to our own criminal technology system for all-round three-dimensional analysis,analysis our country public security organs of criminal technology work management system,construction of talent team and technology,problems are of different levels of the work practice.Then from the Angle of sustainable development put forward countermeasures,including optimal management system,strengthen personnel training,strengthening science and technology strong detection strategy,strengthen the practical ability training.In this paper,the introduction and thank,is divided into four parts altogether.The first part through the introduction of criminal technology highlights the importance of the public security investigation.First of all,from the aspect of the criminal procedure law has been clear about the concept of criminal technology,clarify its nature and the discipline attribute,it is part of the detective work.Second,introduces the public security organs of criminal technology in China,in turn,the main business types,including physical and chemical inspection and poison trace analysis,inspection,forensic examination,clerical,criminal photos and videos,its business covers from filing to the investigation to an end.Finally introduces the task and purpose of criminal technology work in public security investigation,field exploration is the main task of the criminal technology appraisal,inspection,material evidence analysis,its purpose,is to provide clues to criminal investigation,a brief investigation direction and scope,and provide scientific basis for action.The second part mainly introduces the United States,Japan,Hong Kong,Taiwan police system of criminal technology work condition,from the organizational,economic,work mode and the lawsuit system of the country or region work of the police system of criminal technology are presented in this paper.At the same time from the working mode and relationship with the investigation department of the area of criminal
