Bulidiny Pyocuratoral Supervision Of Civil Execution

With the progress of the rule of law, strengthen the legal consciousness of citizens,the implementation of China's civil cases are increasing year by year, "difficult to execute", "implementation of chaos" phenomenon has become the focus of attention from all walks of life, has become an important issue in the academic discussion.Implementation of the "difficult","implementation of chaos" phenomenon has seriously damaged the judicial authority and the construction process of a harmonious society.Because of the inherent drawbacks of the court's internal "self supervision",it is urgent to establish a kind of legal supervision system with good effect and strong effect. The article believes that the procuratorate, as a special legal supervision organ of the Constitution and the legal authority, has its legal advantages. This paper briefly introduces the author in person for the civil procuratorial organs procuratorial supervision of the implementation of typical cases, expounds the civil procuratorial supervision system, and then analyzed the present situation of the procuratorial supervision of civil execution. At last, it discusses how to reasonably construct the procuratorial supervision system of civil execution in our country.
