The Historical Examination And Realistic Path Of CCP Young People Mass Base

Youth are the hope and future of our country.Only by having young people can CCP keep eternal vitality and vigor.Young people mass base is the hard core for CCP's ruling which is related to the prosperity and continuation of CCP and our country's career,as well as the consolidation of our party's ruling status.Therefore for 90 years,CCP has paid much attention to the expansion and consolidation of young people mass base.Starting from the foundation of CCP and our party's historical development as the main thread,the study divides the whole process of the expansion and consolidation of young people mass base for CCP into four stages by time,that is,new democratic revolution period(1921-1949),30 years before the reform and opening up(1949-1978),30 years after the reform and opening up(1978-2008),new period(2008-).The specific studies are as follows:Part one:The pectination of related research status of CCP young people mass base in academia.To demonstrate the necessity of the study and design the relevant research framework.Part two:State the necessity,method,feature and effect of CCP expanding young people mass base in different period.Part three:On the basis of the pectination of the whole process of the expansion and consolidation of young people mass base for CCP,the paper has a summary of our party's fundamental experience.Part four:The difficult position and realistic path that CCP faces for expanding and consolidating youth mass base in the new period.The study thinks the fundamental experience for forming the solid young people mass base of CCP in the nineties is as follows:for guiding ideology,our party insists on its leading status;for system,CCP focuses on and through organization and system construction to make youth's interests come true;In the working style for youth,according to main task of our party and country in different periods and the characteristics and needs of youth,our party takes political mobilization and loved method by youth.The study thinks expanding and consolidating young people mass base for our party's ruling in the new period should from the following aspects:firstly,for CCP itself,we should carry out party's style honesty building and anti-corruption campaign to rebuild the party's honest and clean image in the eyes of youth;secondly,on youth work content,strengthening the education about socialist core values and Chinese Dream to make youth widely identify with them,as well as the theory,road and system of socialism with Chinese characteristics;lastly,in youth working procedure,according to the feature and needs of young people and internet as the carrier to innovate the work method on youth and develop youth organization.
