Research On Legal Documents In Ming Dynasty

In the Ming dynasty in the ancient history in China is a relatively special dynasties,it is after a mighty dynasty unified the central plains in han and tang dynasties,is also a han dynasty in ancient China feudal society finally.Pay special attention to using the law of Ming dynasty to clean up the management and maintenance of feudal rule,the commodity economy,culture,science and technology is unprecedented prosperity,its status in China's ancient history.All this provided the conditions and foundation for the development of the legal document in the Ming dynasty.Legal activities under the background of this paper combining with the history of Ming dynasty,the comprehensive factors such as politics,economy and culture at that time,from the aspects of legislation,judicature,law enforcement and other conditions on the development of legal documents during this period were analyzed.In the Ming dynasty,the legislative writing mainly has the law,the order,the law,the case,the judicial document mainly has the complaint and the sentence,the law enforcement document mainly has the contract and so on.Through the collection,analysis and interpretation of legal documents,this paper presents the original appearance of the legal document in the Ming dynasty and reveals its characteristics.
