Low Carbon Community Under The Background Of New Urbanization Design Factors Research

Through the interpretation of the background of the new urbanization,the paper defines the importance of low carbon design to community construction.And analysis of the current situation of low carbon community design,the plight of its analysis,the formation of a concrete solution,and proposed a low carbon community key design elements of the design method.The design of low carbon community under the background of new urbanization should be focused on solving the problems of low carbon before construction and after construction.And reduce carbon emissions within the community and increase carbon decomposition within the community.This paper summarizes the planning from macro linkage,layout optimization,public awareness guidance three design strategy based on low carbon community;from the network,low carbon buildings,low energy consumption,water saving and emission reduction,using local materials,the formation of low carbon community network layout design method of low carbon,low carbon ecological environment,low carbon public awareness guide.First of all,through the analysis of the background of the new urbanization and the current situation of low-carbon construction in the community,this paper discusses the current situation,problems and the necessity of construction of the low carbon community under the background of the new urbanization.Then,the process and experience of low carbon communities abroad are analyzed in detail.On the basis of summarizing the design experience of foreign low carbon communities,through analyzing the main problems faced by the low carbon communities in China,the paper puts forward the design factors of low carbon communities under the new urbanization background.Based on the design factors of low carbon community,this paper puts forward the concrete method of designing low carbon community under the background of new urbanization.Finally,through the analysis of the low carbon construction of the actual project,we get the conclusion that the planning method of low carbon community design factors is effective.The implications and significance of the results are also discussed.Finally,a case study of the Swan impression low carbon community is carried out to further demonstrate the role of community networks,building skills,water conservation,emission reduction,and local material use in community low carbon.Under certain environmental background,priority should be given to improve the network system,ecological environment and low carbon building renovation within the community,which can effectively reduce carbon emissions within the community.
