Build A Party Member Cadre In The New Period The Ideological Line Of Research

Thought is the precursor of behavior.The root of the behavioral problems can always be found in thoughts,and the root of corruption is the relaxation of the anti-corruption ideological line.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed repeatedly that the ideological decline of party members and cadres is the "most serious disease".The relaxation of anti-corruption ideological line is too difficult to resist the invasion of the wrong ideas and the interference of external temptation.The CPC Central Disciplinary Committee and Ministry of Supervision Website specifically established the column "Case warning",and CCTV produced special education film "Forever on the road",which introduced the cases of some sacked Party cadres.It has important theoretical and practical significance for the construction of anti-corruption to analyze these people's mental journey and sum up the ideological roots why their life goes astray.This paper firstly analyzes the important significance of ideological line construction in the construction of anti-corruption,and constructing anti-corruption ideological line is both the goal of anti-corruption education and the orientation of anti-corruption governance.And then it reviews the opinions and ideas of Classic Marxist writers and all our party's previous leaders on the importance of anti-corruption line construction.Secondly,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the anti-corruption ideological line of some party members and cadres in the new period.The author selected 100 sacked Party cadres from the column "Case warning" on the CPC Central Disciplinary Committee and Ministry of Supervision Website.Among them,there not only are “tigers” who wantonly played politics but also are "flies" who violated the interests of people.According to the written materials of the "Case warning" and the video from the CCTV program "Forever on the road",we think that the current existing problems of the anti-corruption ideological line for some party members and cadres mainly are wrong view of power,diverse desires,and weak willpower which lead to be either undefended,or flawed,or lax.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the main reasons for the above problems existed in anti-corruption ideological line of some party cadres.The first is the inertia of backward ideology still exists;the second is the power of roping corrosion is still strong;the third is the force of organizing help is still not enough.Finally,the paper explores countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the ideological line of party members and cadres in the new period.Combining with the "main problems" of some party members and cadres and the "main reasons" we analyzed,we believe that strengthening the anti-corruption ideological line of some party members and cadres in the new period needs to achieve "three combinations",namely that the combination of model education and warning education,the combination of functional supervision and mass supervision,and the combination of institutional construction and organization construction.Generally speaking,this paper follows the line of thinking "introducing questions-analyzing problems-solving problems",selects the research method of combing theoretical research and case study,and studies the universal problems existing in the anti-corruption ideological line among party members and cadres in the new period.There is also unavoidable defects,which can only be solved by future research.
