Research On The Anti - Corruption Of The Internet And The Institutionalization Of China 's Anti - Corruption

With the in-depth development of network information technology and China’santi-corruption institutional construction, as a new form of anti-corruption, networkanti-corruption not only has injected new vitality for our anti-corruption institutionalconstruction, but also raised new challenges to it. The main purpose of this paper is throughanalyzing the relationship between the network anti-corruption and anti-corruption institutionalconstruction in our country, to explore the feasibility measures of network anti-corruption topromote the anti-corruption institutional construction,which not only provides a newperspective for our anti-corruption, but also has important thinking and exploration value forour country’s anti-corruption practice.This paper which takes the network anti-corruption and China’s anti-corruptioninstitutional construction as the research object, through the literature research method, casestudy method, qualitative analysis methods, tries to provide reference for the networkanti-corruption to promote China’s anti-corruption institutional construction. This paper arguesthat, with the development of network information technology, the role of the networkanti-corruption has becoming increasingly prominent, the construction of China’santi-corruption institution is facing enormous challenge, to correctly handle the relationshipbetween the network anti-corruption and anti-corruption institutional construction in ourcountry is particularly important, only by combining the network anti-corruption and theanti-corruption institutional construction, can we make our country ’s anti-corruption systemtends to mature and greatly improve the efficiency of our country ’s anti-corruption.On the basis of summarizing the research on the anti-corruption and the networkanti-corruption at home and abroad, using of good governance theory, game theory,institutional change and innovation theories, this paper practically investigates the networkanti-corruption and China’s anti-corruption institutional construction, clarifies the relationshipbetween them, through the analysis of the plight of network anti-corruption faced in China’santi-corruption institutional construction, and the combination of "Zhuzhou NetworkAnti-corruption road" case, puts forward the suggestion on constructing network anti-corruptionmechanisms of making the government and private cooperation. The subject of Institutional Change has an important role for institutional change.However, whether in academia or the government department, corruption of the networkanti-corruption are divided. The corrupting motivation and the quality of Internet users areworrying. The government and Internet users lack of effective communication. In this, thispaper embarks from the theory of good governance, combined with the experience and lessonsof the "Zhuzhou network anti-corruption", raised the idea of the cooperation of the governmentand private.In addition, network technology can not meet the development needs of networkanti-corruption, the relevant institution and legal of network anti-corruption are still not perfect.In this, this paper proposes to establish a network anti-corruption mechanisms, which combinedwith institution, legal and technology, to promote the construction of China’s anti-corruptioninstitution.
