Research On Xi Jinping's Thoughts Of National Cultural Security

With the rapid development of the level of science and technology,the opportunities for exchanges and cooperation between countries in the world have increased,and the exchanges between peoples have become more and more frequent.The degree of collision between countries such as language customs and cultural thoughts has intensified.,at the same time all countries are facing new challenges in cultural security.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress has held,General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the construction of national cultural security,on how to effectively safeguard our national cultural security,and strive to build a socialist cultural power and other issues,carried out a series of important speeches.At one meeting of the Commission in the central national security,the strategic thinking of the overall national security concept,which contained "11 kinds of security",was put forward,and cultural security was clearly included in the overall national security concept.Based on the background of the development of this era of globalization and the objective reality faced by Chinese culture,Xi Jinping profoundly analyzes the development prospect and destiny of Chinese culture,putting forward some practical measures to deal with the challenges that Chinese culture are facing with.In this process,Xi Jinping national cultural security thought gradually formed.This paper discusses the following four parts:Chapter one is introduction,which briefly describes the background of the study and its significance,relative studies at home and abroad,the key points of this thesis,innovation points and shortcomings of this thesis,and the definition of relative concepts.Chapter two presents the background about XiJinping's national cultural security.It respectively discuss national cultural security thinking of Xi Jinping on the formation of the background,from the national cultural security of the new pattern and China's national cultural security challenges which are facing with.Chapter three is about the main points of Xi Jinping's national cultural security.This part is the main point of the article.It describes from the following four aspects onthe thought of Xi Jinping about national cultural security : First of all,Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the construction of national ideology,the ideological work on the "extremely important" position.Secondly,it attached importance to propaganda and ideological work,and has required innovative propaganda work,in which adhere to the Marxist ideology in the field of the guiding position is the prerequisite for publicity work to promoting the work of Marxism in the field of ideology.Persistting in unity and stability and encouragement,positive publicity is its work policy;Again,it put forward cultural self-confidence,emphasizing on the use of scientific attitude towards China's traditional culture,inheriting the red revolutionary culture and the development of socialism advanced culture to raise national identity of our culture,Pride and self-confidence to provide a solid cultural and ideological basis for the national cultural security;Finally,it bring out that by consolidating China's cultural soft power foundation,and strive to our culture the most attractive part of the show in front of the people of the world,let the world learn Chinese cultural identity and other ways to enhance China's cultural soft power,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of safeguarding national cultural security,thereby enhancing the country's comprehensive national strength and enhance China's international competitiveness and voice.Chapter four is the theoretical and practical significance of Xi Jinping's thoughts on national cultural security.Xi Jinping's national cultural security thought adhered to the basic stance and viewpoint of the national cultural safety theory of Marxist classic writers and party leaders,and has developed and enriched the practice of cultural security challenges and deepened the current situation of our country Cultural security research,for the maintenance of national cultural security.besides,it has a positive significance on the consolidation of the ruling position of the Communist Party of China and enhance the comprehensive national strength.
