Private funds is one of the most active and highly concerned financial investment forms in China's securities investment fund market,has become one of the indispensable important forces to promote the development of China's financial industry.With the degree of private equity investors to participate in the market continues to expand,it becomes the topic that people most concerned gradually : how to carry on effective supervision,protect the interests of investors and promote the stability of China's financial market.In recent years,china is development rapidly in private funds industry,but regulatory measures of private fund is often criticized by people at the same time.Private funds cannot be completely ruled out outside regulation as a kind of public funds type,realized by people increasingly.It has become the focus of academia and industry,how to introduce the information disclosure system as an important means of supervision of public funds in the private funds market,how to make the distinction between disclosure and public funds information disclosure in private funds,how to develop the content of information disclosure according to the inherent characteristics of private funds.This paper guided by the basic theory of private funds.Based on the existing relevant laws and regulations has been fully summarized in the field of private funds,combined with typical cases in reality which made investors lose caused by imperfect information disclosure system.A systematic and comprehensive analysis of the legal system of information disclosure in the private funds market.Eventually,it is summarized the loophole and the insufficiency existing in information disclosure system of private funds in our country.Through combing and drawing lessons from private funds in countries with high level of development and regional legislative and regulatory experience about information disclosure,put forward practical and feasible solution suggestions on the legislation and the system perfect of the lack of information disclosure of private funds in China.
