The Study On Terminal Site Of Modern Distance Education For Party Members And Cadres In Rural Areas

China's distance education has been carried out for several decades.The distance education in rural areas has gone through three stages from the pilot to the expansion of the pilot range,and then to the nationwide help enhance the fighting capacity of basic party organizations to improve the ability of party members to master policies and advocacy policies,is conducive to improving the rural cadres and the masses to learn and master modern advanced agricultural development.At present,the rural party members throughout the country to carry out long-distance education work,the study of rural distance education terminal receiving site construction,sum up the site construction achievements and shortcomings,analyze the reasons,lessons learned,can further improve the terminal site development and development Reference.This research first macroscopically combs the development of our country.After that,the paper introduces the terminal station of rural distance education,summarizes the construction mode,constitution and function of terminal station.Thirdly,the paper expatiates the general situation of the construction of terminal institution in the county.On the basis of theoretical combing,this study takes the special district for research area,carries on the research to the terminal station of the modern distance education of the Party member cadre of Urumqi County.By using the methods of literature research,questionnaires and field visits,the survey data and the primary data were collected.By sorting and thinking the current problems existed in the rural distance education in Urumqi,including the low enthusiasm,Teaching content and production practice out of line,the lack of distance education and so on.By putting out the suggestions of interviewing survey and questionnaire survey,and combining them together,we can prvide several suggestions,including four points: mobilizing the enthusiasm of farmers to receive distance education and training,To provide personalized distance education learning services and to strengthen the site administrator team building.Through investigating the real statements of the situation,there are general problems in the construction of the terminal education,to solve these problems,we got several suggestions for the local rural terminal stations in Urumqi county,so as the other distcts.
