The workers 'movement is a series of organized activities or ganized by the workers' groups in order to maintain and strive for their own interests.Its purpose is relatively clear,specific,the participants at least have the same or similar will and they struggle for a common goal.Governance is as a political ruling machine,Using the power of the regime to configuration and operation of public power,based on the effective management of social affairs,to build the ideal state of relation between nation and society,in order to promote the public interest maximization.Scientific analysis of Korea's workers' movement towards a peaceful transition from fiendish to take the role of state machine,to promote the development of relevant theory and experience for reference in our country is of great significance.South Korea's economy started to develop.In the early 1960s,enter the 30 years of rapid growth.Keep up with the trend of the democratization of the world,South Korea,successfully realized the transition from authoritarianism to civilian government after 90 s.And South Korea for the workers' movement in the process of attention after the refined through water and fire,Eventually happened from confrontation to negotiate.In South Korea since the 1970 s of the workers' movement as the research object for theory analysis,adjacent to terrain,culture origin mutually beneficial references for China.First of all,this paper introduces the theory analysis tools--Mann theory,and the labor movement in Korea from violence to based on the trajectory of peace,two points before and after the period,from industrial relations policy,labor relations and disintegration system outside the union concrete analysis.Finally,discusses the Korean experience for our reference from five aspects.
