Research On Personal Information Protection In Online Transaction Under The Era Of Big Data

With the recent events about information leakage have become increasingly frequent,the Internet Society of China in 2015 published a survey reported that nearly eighty percent of the user's identity information was leaked,more than sixty percent of Internet users network activity information leakage.From July 2014 to June 2015,the total economic losses of the user thus amounted to more than 80 billion yuan.And in the past years,the incident that Turkey's President President's personal information has been linked to the Internet has become a global news.These news again and again were revealed information leak will surely make the public increasingly worried about their own personal information security.Represented by the United States,Germany and Japan a few developed countries build personal information protection system,standing on the position of their own effective "planning" the related legal system of the typical model: "the decentralized legislation model","unified legislation protected mode" and "legislation protected mode which combines unification".That,at least for the present stage is in the midst of the triple dilemma of China provides a reference.In essence,at present,the personal information protection in online transactions really facing widespread met problems,namely the basic personal information protection,key information and important information protection,etc.Specific factors that affect these problems mainly personal information related concepts are not clear,imperfect legal system,supervision system is not sound and related responsibility main body insufficient protection consciousness,etcBased on personal information protection at the present stage in China are faced with the dilemma,and draw lessons from the experiences of other countries about personal information protection,online trading under the personal information protection in our country,should reconstruct the concept of personal information,at the same time to perfect our relevant personal information protection law system and law enforcement management system and so on three sides for working harder.
