Research On Risk Management Of Modern Distance Education System's Upgrading Project Of Party Member Cadres In Guangxi Autonomous Region

In June,2015,according to the unified deployment of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of CPC,the remote office of the autonomous region organized a comprehensive upgrading to the system,and the time limit for the project is 6 months.Considered the system has the particularity of a large scale and involving ideology,radio and television,and the project has many factors that are difficult to control and coordinate such as it has many participants,the duration of the project is tight,hardware equipment and the construction of hardware upgrading,additionally,these places are scattered,so the project contains all kinds of risks.In order to guarantee that the process of upgrading does not fail under any circumstances,it is crucial to conduct an effective management to the project.In this paper,from the perspective of project managers,by taking the modern distance education system's upgrading project of party member cadres in Guangxi Autonomous Region as the research object,it discusses and analyzes problems involved in the five aspects of risk management planning,risk identification,risk appraisal,risk response and risk supervision by using the theories and methods for project management in the information system.In the research process,First,the project risk management organization has established the project risk management plan.Next,combined with advanced research results and experience at home and abroad,apossible risk list of the project was developed for the project.And then,by making a comprehensive use of brainstorming,probability,impact metrix,the analytical hierarchy process,other methods and tools,and use the yaahp software to analyze the risk factors of the project.Finally,by means of measures to contend with risks and risk supervision scheme,etc,it puts forward an effective program to contend with and protect risks,thus the potential risks of the project are greatly reduced.Furthermore,the methods and conclusions of the research also provide beneficial reference for managers of similar projects to conduct project management.
