The Childcare Institutions Legislative Research Of Nanning City

With the development of the social economy,childcare institution is on the rise,this relieves the pressure to take care of educating children for families with greater stress.But I discovered through research that the childcare institution still has a lot of problems,such as Industry operations chaos,institutional supervision of the main unknown,food hygiene and safety issues,Low quality of personnel agencies,community owners dispute.This paper summarizes the research situation and theory of childcare institution management of domestic and foreign management.In this paper,the questionnaire survey and interviews for the childcare institution,primary school campus,student parents,community owners and administrative departments to conduct research.To conclude that it is imperative to develop appropriate regulations to regulate childcare institution.The article also puts forward legislative proposals for the childcare institution problem.Suggested legislative work should focus on the nature of childcare institution,identify authorities,set operational safety fire safety requirements and regulatory approvals.Improve the childcare institution industry,to achieve the scientific and democratic legislation.
