| With the cooling of the "universal two-child" policy "and the introduction of the"three-child " policy,the problem of childcare for children aged 0-3 has gradually entered the public vision.The State Council attaches great importance to the development of infants and young children,and includes "young parenting" into people’s livelihood.In 2021,Chongqing officially issued the Implementation Plan for Promoting the Healthy Development of the aged and child Care Services,clearly proposing that the city should actively develop childcare services for infants aged 0-3by 2025.At present,the infant childcare service in Chongqing is in the initial exploration stage.We study the current situation of childcare services,find the existing problems and put forward optimization suggestions,which is conducive to the improvement of the quality of childcare service in Chongqing and then meet the needs of parents for childcare.Under the guidance of educational service product theory,equilibrium theory and supply-side reform theory,from the six aspects of health safety,physical environment,interpersonal interaction,conservation activities,teaching staff and convenience,investigate 295 parents of 15 institutions to research the status quo of supply and demand of childcare services in Chongqing.In addition,the interview method was used to conduct the survey in order to deeply understand the current situation of the supply of childcare services.The interviewees were 5 persons in charge of childcare institutions.According to the survey results,the typical experience of childcare service in Chongqing has the following three aspects: first,the supply and demand of In-care health examination fit best;second,the safety protection is highly valued by parents and institutions;third,the interaction between teachers and children can provide effective support to infants.The existing problems include the following five aspects: first,the activity room area is less,and the supply of facilities and equipment is poor;second,the interaction frequency of home trust interaction is low,the form of family guidance is single;third,the activity organization quality is not high,the individual guidance is insufficient;fourth,the number of professional care teams is insufficient and the mobility is high;fifth,the convenience of collection distance position and collection time is not enough.Then analyze the causes of the problems: high operating cost of childcare institutions;parents and institutions do not pay enough attention to the interaction of home trust interaction;insufficient organization ability of teacher activities and limited professional ability;insufficient personnel training of childcare team and low happiness of childcare institutions;single service form and unbalanced regional distribution.Accordingly,suggestions are put forward from the four aspects of government,society,childcare institutions and family: the government should encourage social forces to actively run childcare,and construct a diversified childcare service system;increase the community childcare points,and improve the convenience of childcare service.At the social level,the training system of nursery team should improve the professional ability of teachers;strengthen the construction of nursery team and expand the number of teachers.Establish the concept of family care interaction,enrich the form of family guidance,and formulate a promotion evaluation system to enhance teachers’ sense of professional gain.At the family level,we should raise the understanding of family care interaction and actively participate in the activities of childcare institutions;correctly understand early education and establish the concept of scientific care. |
