In the world military revolution in order to meet the demand of development trend of modern information war and science technology,the military war strategies and technology forms in different countries have undergone a fundamental change,such as high technology,fast speed,wide operational scope and so on. In order to make our country in the absolute competitive advantage,the advanced military logistics mode is an important factor to win the war,at the same time,efficiency and accuracy of vehicle scheduling is also the embodiment of military logistics.The paper is about vehicle routing problem(VRP) water supply system of military logistics,firstly the background and research situation of the topic are analyzed,in order to adapt to the information war of new period,it is essential to establish the advanced "distribution" mode of military logistics system and realize visual resource and knowable requirement.secondly,co-mparing with the traditional mode of water supply of military logistics,it is necessary for us to use the "distribution" water supply security mode,and then it emphasizes the important function of information security,and puts forward relative measures in view of the present situation. Due to the less reference about military logistics,and both it and emergency logistics have the same characteristic such as tight time,difficult task and high demand,they are often combined to research, the VRP of modern military logistics is analyzed consult the VRP of emergency logistics,And through the contrast research of the static vehicle routing problem(SVRP) and dynamic vehicle routing problem(DVRP),it established the multiple objective dynamic vehicle scheduling mathematical model of single time window,then it designs the ant colony algorithm and genetic-ant hybrid algorithm of two stages to solve the model for two stages,finally the model is simulated by MATLAB to testify practicality of the model and the feasibility of the hybrid algorithm.The main research results of the paper is the necessity for advanced "distribution" water supply mode of the military logistics,and through comparison with the ant colony algorithm,the genetic-ant hybrid algorithm is more quickly and accurately to complete the dynamic water supply of vehicle scheduling plan,The research content will have reference significance for VRP of water supply of military logistics in the future.
