Perfection Of Medical Emergency Treatment System In China

With the prosperity and development of our society,people’s living standards improved significantly,Patient attendance gradually increased.However,with the close contact between doctors and patients,doctor-patient conflict is also increasing.There is also a growing number of disputes arising from the infringing consent of patients in the emergency situation.In this paper,through the analysis of the right of informed consent of patients and the relationship between the emergency medical treatment system,and the interests of thinking.The related theory of medical emergency system combing,combined with China’s legislative status,learn from foreign experience,put forward some suggestions on Perfecting China’s medical emergency disposal system,In order to prevent the relationship between doctors and patients turned bad,medical order,defend the rights between doctors and patients and harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The first part elaborates the origin and necessity of medical emergency disposal system.The specific content includes the concept of patient consent,the source;medical emergency treatment system applicable necessity and legitimacy.The second part is the analysis of the legislative evolution and the righteous structure of the medical emergency disposal system.The third part mainly puts forward some suggestions on the current situation of medical emergency disposal legislation in our country.First,to clarify the conditions for the initiation of medical emergency treatment system;secondly,to add the type of medical emergency treatment measures;once again,to improve the medical emergency disposal front and rear procedures;finally,to further clarify the distribution of responsibilities.
