The rapid development of P2 P network lending industry as an emerging industry relying on the Internet to flourish in the world,China is no exception.But the development of new things will face some obstacles,the development of P2 P network lending industry in our country,because of the lag of legislation and lack of supervision,the development of P2 P network lending industry there has been a great criminal risk.This paper from the perspective of the regulatory network of P2 P lending industry,specific responsibilities and dereliction of duty performance analysis of regulatory authorities,in order to urge the regulatory authorities to strengthen the monitoring of the P2 P network lending platform,and control the P2 P industry outrageous development.Through the analysis of the P2 P network lending platform and the nature of the new regulations,combined with the identification of problems related to crimes of dereliction of duty in the first,mainly in the financial sector can clear regulatory body is the CBRC,local financial supervision departments and the administrative departments of industry and commerce.Secondly,dereliction of duty supervision can not only as a way to implement also can not as a way of implementation,according to their specific functions and performance for the subjective behavior of different.P2 P regulatory dereliction of duty can be intentional or fault,at the same time,because the P2 P network lending platform of the audience is very extensive,in that the harm results in the process of not only from the amount of property loss and the calculation of the period to identify,but also should be fully considered the social impact caused by the public opinion and other non-material damage results.
