Sports Programs Of Legal Protection Research

Our country sports industry development is relatively slow,related to the protection of sports legal system is not perfect enough,make some sports programs dispute intensified,the most common of which is stolen by other network media network platform is being broadcast live sporting events,the rights and interests of legitimate communicators not protected.Across the court of the sports programs have different qualitative,finally make different referees,thus appear many problems,therefore to build sports programs of legal protection system is essential for the new era of development.This article is divided into four chapters mainly discusses problems and solutions in sports program.The first chapter is the concept of sports and sports programs,and introduces the characteristics and difference between them,finally introduced in chapter the sports industry development situation at home and abroad,which leads to the important position of sports programs,summed up the sports shows the necessity of legal protection.The second chapter mainly analyzed the nature of the sports program,and show it in theory and practice of sports and sports shows properties of controversy,further defined sports industry is made up of two phases,the right subject of two stages,and the legal protection of the right subject is analyzed for the problems,in the final analysis there is processing sports programs at least can be protected as products.The third chapter,according to the similar sports shows different court dispute,different referees made by analysis of the legal protection of sports programs,the first analysis of sports program is available to the copyright protection;Second analysis the intersection of the copyright law and anti-unfair competition law relations;Finally in this paper,the anti-unfair competition law to solve the problem of sports dispute shows the feasibility and limitations.The fourth chapter mainly puts forward some constructive Suggestions for the development of the sports events,first of all to the sporting events themselves whichelaborates the civil rights more appropriate;Secondly from the program itself,the advice on how to protect the rights of share programs;Again from transmission platform such as websites,improve the network environment;Finally embarks from the audience,train their consciousness of copyright,and technological innovation,etc.,to create good conditions for the development of sports industry.
