As a type of nutritious and safe food, organic food has been rapidly development in recent years.Different from other foods, organic food is known for its clean, original, high-quality and safe. During the production processing, the organic food producers must strictly carry out the processing standard, and fertilizers, pesticides, hormone are not permitted to use. The certification of products should be executed by the specific agency. Therefore, how to prevent the fake to ensure the food safety of consumers and how to effectively supervise the development of organic food became a legal issue to be solved.This paper selects organic food regulation as the main research object. Through the method of literature materials, comparative analysis and economic analysis, this paper firstly conducts an in-depth analysis and discussion of the perfection of organic food system. Secondly, it elaborates the related theory of food regulation,and then stresses the necessity of organic food regulation. At last,by the analysis of existing legal issues and situation about supervision and management of organic food, this paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions in light of the experience of foreign counterparts to perfect our country's organic food supervision legal system.The full text is divided into five parts: The first part of this paper describes the background,significance, research status and the main research methods and innovations. The second part analyzes the concepts, nature, and significance of organic food regulation, and also discuss the basic theory of organic food regulation .The third part analyzed and discussed the foreign organic food regulatory system , and then it provides some useful references to improve the legal system of organic food regulation in our country. The fourth part makes analysis on reason causing by organic food regulatory legal problems. The fifth part makes some specific improvement measures to promote the healthy and continuous development of China's organic food industry.
