Nowadays the global ecological problem is becoming human survival problem. This problem is actually the equity in ecological environment between human and nature, even human beings. If we must put it into real practice to solve the problem of ecological justice rather than just rely on theory,Marx's ecological justice elucidated in his philosophical ontology will become a powerful theory resource and critical weapon for theorists in discussing ecological problems. And it is of great significance in guiding human to solve ecological crisis.Therefor, this article is divided into three parts to reveal Marx's ecological justice and its' contemporary meaning. The first part reveals the implication of Marx's ecological justice thought in his early works according to the development of Marx's world view and materialist conception of history.Marx's ecological justice has experienced some changes:he put forward conception of nature based on the view of "self-consciousness" in Marx' Dissertation;he conceived rationalism in ecological justice during the initiation of Rheinische Zeitung;in German-French Annals he preliminarily expounded the ecological justice of "humanism";he criticized the root of alienation ecological injustice and showed his historical materialism of ecological justice in Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844.The second part is a overall statement of Marx's ecological justice based on historical materialism which clears the foundation ontology of Marx's ecological justice.About Fierbahe Syllabus,The German Ideology and Das Kapital mark the birth of Marxist philosophy.Since then Marxist philosophy is applied to practical criticism.Elucidated on the basis of historical materialism, the essence of Marx's ecological justice is practice and social relations. The practical essence embodied in Marx's ecological justice is that its'guiding principle is a nastic objective activity, namely practice. The social relations essence is that Marx's ecological justice is made up with the justice in the objective relationship between man and nature and the justice in mankind's objective interpersonal intercourse relations.Production practice and communication practice is the justness of ontology base from which Marx concerns all the social relations between man and nature and that among human beings. It means the practice essence and the social relations essence of Marx's ecological justice are integral to each other. The third part examines the Ecology Marxism ecological justice theory and the thought of contemporary socialism with Chinese characteristics of ecological justice at the height of the principles of Marxist philosophy ontology.Marxist philosophy provides theoretical resources and critical weapons for Ecology Marxism which reveals that the capitalist system and its production mode is the root cause of ecological injustice.Ecology Marxism puts forward the concept of "conceptual change of the domination of nature","program design of the productive justice","the institutional arrangement of ecological socialism" for ecological justice.Only follow the path of ontology can we properly analyze Marx's ecological justice and reveal its' contemporary significance. The ecological justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is being forming nowadays, only by going deep into the ontology of ecological problems,is likely to provide effective solution to solve the problem of human existence.
