Research On The Innovation Of The CPC's Inspection System Since The 18th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the innovation of the CPC's inspection system becomes the focus of political and academic.Combined with current practice, this study is based on the historical experience of the inspection system, and through the analysis of the inevitability, the way of innovation and deficiency, and puts forward the practical and theoretical thinking to improve the inspection system, hoping to promote the future development of inspection system.The Innovation of the Party's Inspection System is on the base of Theoretical Basis of the Marxist Classic Writers and the Partial Thoughts of the Communist Party of China. By combing the development of the four historical periods, it can be found that the innovation of inspection system is closely related to the development situation of the Party in various periods and adapts to the changes in the situation within the Party. Since the 18th Party Congress, the party has faced the "four great dangers" and "four test" situation,which makes the inspection system innovation inevitable, the inspection system is mainly satisfied with the needs of the struggle within the party struggle, strict discipline and clean the atmosphere of the party. From the perspective of innovational initiatives, the Communist Party of China makes the inspection system better by the innovation, which includes the contents and scopes, ways and methods, institutions and mechanisms. However, there are still some shortcomings in the four aspects of the internal inspection system, such as themselves supervision, job evaluation, mode and procedure,and supporting system construction. Therefore, combined with the development of inspection system, we should promote to innovate furtherly in the above four aspects of inspection system. Meanwhile, we should also pay attention to the theoretical innovation of the inspection system, focusing on answering the relationship between the inspection system and the comprehensive and strict management of the party ,and the basic principles of innovation and other theoretical issues.
