Study On The Countermeasures Of Township Government Anti-corruption Risk Prevention And Control In Pulandian District

Since ancient times, corruption is the focus of the state governance, especially in the remote countryside area, where the effect of corruption phenomenon is relatively worse. After Party 18, new generation of leaders decides to take anti-corruption as the top heavy deployment. After a long period of exploration and research,now the strategy of "combining punishment with prevention, and prevention-oriented" has been formed,so that anti-corruption risk prevention and control is referred to an unprecedented height.During the important period of gradual transition from theory to practice, the whole country and all walks of life respond positively to central committee's call, vigorously promote prevention and control work and accumulate useful experience. In recent years,Pulandian township government is also strengthening punishment and prevention of corruption, having made some beneficial exploration and achieved some success, but still exist some universal and particular problems: risk screening identification is not in time, risk assessment system is not perfect and evaluation ability and initiative is not enough, the consciousness of honest culture environment creation is weak, mechanism construction is lack of coordination and law basis, work force is not strong, etc.Based on consulting relevant literature of anti-corruption risk prevention and control at home and abroad, this paper insists the combination of theory-practice research and qualitative-quantitative research. To research anti-corruption risk prevention and control work of Pulandian township government, through the methods of literature review, field investigation, comparative analysis, descriptive research, etc.The paper includes five chapters: the first chapter describes background, ideas,methods and significance of the research and reviews the research progress of at home and abroad currently; the second chapter elaborates the related concepts and theoretical foundation; the third chapter analyzes the present situation, the existed problems and reasons; the fourth chapter introduces the successful experience at home and abroad; the fifth chapter puts forward and perfects the countermeasures of anti-corruption risk prevention and control of Pulandian township government, from the aspects of mechanism construction, integrity education, integrity team, supervision and inspection.
