In recent years,with the taxi software in the taxi industry's application,the network booking taxi method quickly favored by consumers of all ages.Network car continued to develop,on the one hand to the traditional taxi industry has also brought a huge impact,on the other hand,its own supervision has become an urgent need to solve the problem of the taxi industry.This paper describes the definition and characteristics of the taxi market,analyzes the present situation and unreasonable situation of the taxi market in China,and puts forward the conception of perfecting the taxi market access system in China.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the basic theory of taxi market access system.This article from the new situation under the major changes in social economy,the network of new car market opportunities for the taxi market access system,the taxi industry monopoly brought about by many contradictions and the increasing demand for taxi services,etc.,expounded the current The necessity of reform of taxi market access system.Indicating that the reform of the taxi market access system not only has a profound academic foundation,but also the needs of the development of the industry.The second part summarizes the current situation and problems of taxi market access in China.According to the new network of vehicles related to the provisions of the code,with the establishment of the legal status of the network car,the Government also began to network for the vehicle market access regulatory requirements.The third part is the experience of foreign taxi market access reform.This section mainly introduces the experience of taxi market access regulation in several major countries of Britain,the United States,New Zealand and Singapore,and the enlightenment to our country.New Zealand and Singapore have successfully opened the taxi admission control,they are also a loose,inclusive regulatory approach to the network of this new thing,these practices are worthy of our reference.The fourth part is the basic principle of market access reform.This part puts forward thebasic principles that need to follow the reform of the taxi market access system under the new situation,including the principle of market regulation,the principle of protecting consumers' rights and interests,the principle of fair competition and the unified regulation principle of taxi market.The fifth part is the suggestion of perfecting the reform of the taxi market access system under the background of "Internet +".China's taxi industry reform has already begun,this paper analyzes the current taxi market access system,some unreasonable,combined with the reform mentioned in the fourth part should adhere to the basic principles,put forward specific recommendations.The government should also promote the reform of the traditional taxi,and establish and improve the unified market access system.
