Study On Individualized Society And The Way To Realize The Balanced Development Of National Quality

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of socialist market economy,individualized society is showing a continuous development trend.In the process of the current social differentiation,the individuals were liberated from region,blood relationship,clan and other constraints.Their independence and self-consciousness improved significantly.Self-confidence,self-esteem,self-respect,self-improvement and other mentalities gradually formed.Equal status has been established,and the awareness of self-development has been strengthened.Legal awareness,open consciousness has been significantly enhanced.All these changes promote the formation of the modern concept of national quality.But it can not be ignored that the individualized society also brought great challenges to the balanced development of national quality.To a certain extent,it led to the great loss of balance in national quality.On the relationship between man and nature,human beings make the satisfaction of self-desire as the measure of all actions and disregard the values of other creatures of nature.The harmonious coexistence between human and nature are replaced by the predatory relationship.On the interpersonal relationship,the society of acquaintances fell apart and was gradually replaced by stranger society.Relationships tend to be impersonal,interpersonal trust is absent,moral decline and utilitarianism prevails.On the relationships between human and society,because individuals can't confront the impacts of the risky society,so they tend to become frustrated.Extreme individual events happen easily and they affect social security and stability.In the relationship between human and themselves,they lose the self-critical ability and suffer from spiritual emptiness,loss of life value,psychological imbalance,selfishness,finally become one-dimensional.The development of national quality is in the imbalance.Because of this,on the basis of serious analysis of the inherent relationship between individualized society and national quality and the analysis of the adverse effects of individualized society on the balanced development of national quality,it is proposed to protect individual rights and interests through the development of inclusive social policies.Through the integration of national quality system to protect the equally development of national quality,through strengthening the harmonious culture construction to strengthen the individual value recognition and self-identity,through the adjustment of quality education methods to promote individual absorption and externalization of quality knowledge and quality capacity,it has applied value and practical significance for the balanced development of national quality.
