Research On The Infringement Of Copyright In The Internet Environment

With the further development of the Internet,in the Internet environment of digital technology and Internet,great changes have taken place in copyright closely related to science and technology,for example,the object of copyright is enlarged and the content is increased.Similarly,copyright infringement,which is closely related to copyright,has also undergone tremendous changes,Such as enlargement of subjects,increase in form,change of subjective purpose,etc.Although great changes have taken place in the practice of infringing copyright crimes,the relevant criminal laws and regulations cannot keep up with the practice changes due to their inherent stability,it can not regulate the crime of copyright infringement.Therefore,this article based on the analysis of the changes in the practice of copyright infringement and the relevant criminal laws,expounds how to perfect the relevant laws and regulations,in order to achieve better regulation of copyright infringement crimes.
