Study Of Features And Trends Of Recent Years' Criminal Copyright Infringement

With the development of the Internet,infringement of copyright has been constantly changing.Methods of crime of copyright infringement without internet were mainly copying and distribution of pirated books,pirated DVDS,pirated software.The online methods of crime of copyright infringement were distributing pirated works without the permission of the copyright owner.In the new media environment,the features and trends of recent years' infringement of copyright crime is still lack of academic research.The author uses content analysis which is a method often used in the academic research of communication area.The author downloaded case judgments from 2013 to 2017 from wenshu.court.gov.cn.The author created the code for transfer the texts from the case judgments to data that can be analyzed to study the question with empirical study.The author tried to study the question through the study of overall ratio of criminal copyright infringement,conviction standard,probation and punishment.
