Research On The Legal Protection Of Drug Information

With the success of China's accession to the WTO and the advent of the knowledge economy,the degree of emphasis on intellectual property has increased.More and more attention has been paid to the protection of intellectual property rights in the field of medicine.The development of pharmaceutical enterprises can not be separated from the protection of drug information.China's relevant laws and regulations on the protection of drug information is not perfect.The study of the relationship between the right to know about public health and trade secrets,not only conducive to the protection of public health,but also conducive to the maintenance of follow-up innovation.In the process of pursuing the industrialization of drugs,how to analyze the protection of information from the perspective of rights,it is significant to protect the public's right to know and to coordinate the conflict between the trade secret and the right to know.From the perspective of protection of rights,the author clarifies the concept and characteristics of drug information,and sorts out the performance of the problem.It focuses on the research of information confidentiality and disclosure,and finds out the reasons behind the conflict.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions to coordinate the conflict.This article analyzes the problem from four aspects.The first part starts from the concept of the theory,clarifies the connotation,extension and characteristics of drug information,and identifies the category of drug information needed to be protected.The second part lists the current situation and problems of drug information protection in China.The third part analyzes the causes of the problems in the protection of drug information in china.The fourth part is the main chapter,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the protection of drug information in china.
