Finally, I also discuss how to bear civil liability and criminal liability for the infringement trade secret of the case.The third part is mainly to give some proposals how to strengthen the legal protection of the company's trade secrets. I hope that the occurrence of acts of infringement of trade secrets will be reduced. Company trade secrets can be protected well. The economy will be developed healthy and orderly.
