Network Copyright Protection Question Research

With the development of the network,the network of intellectual property protection problem increasingly prominent,especially compared with the traditional copyright,Internet copyright protection problem is particularly acute.Network rapid sex,openness and the concealment of the user information makes the network copyright infringement occurred frequently.The emergence of the network makes the work a change in the mode of transmission,the infringement form also becomes complicated,which makes the network copyright protection is difficult to effectively,and the relevant laws on copyright infringement of network copyright,main body and the way of compensation for the several aspects of infringement is not comprehensive,is difficult to effectively protect the interests of rights holders.Therefore,our country's network copyright protection is imperative.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the concept of network copyright under slightly,characteristics,types,and the difference between the traditional copyright and network copyright,which mainly introduced the network copyright and the difference between the traditional copyright;The second part is mainly introduced from two aspects of legislation and judicature about network copyright protection in China all the way to the development and present situation;The third part mainly from the infringement,the main body,the imputation principle and the way of compensation for the several aspects about the main problems of the network copyright protection in China in recent years,the fourth part is mainly aiming at the problems in the third section of proposed his own view about the network copyright protection in China and put forward some Suggestions.
