The Administrative Supervision On Medicine In China

In 2016,the illegal operation of vaccine case occurred in Heze Shandong was appalling and horrifying news within the whole country,which was spread via multiple mediums of Network big V,mirco-blog and wechat.It has brought great panic in the society.Thus,people's drug safety matter was again listed on the agenda.The national government bears inevitable supervision responsibility for such bad event of illegal operation of special commodity,i.e.drugs and medicine,which matters people's health and safety.After investigation and liability claims,we shall reflect and analyze the reasons for such bad situations,find out the deficiency in our national supervision model and manage to correct and make up the loopholes by learning in order to ensure our people are using safe medicine.The article has been divided in four parts.In the first chapter,it briefly introduced the administrative supervision status of medicine management in China and analyzed the illegal operation of vaccine event exploring the necessity of administrative supervision of medicine management.Then it clarified the developments of Chinese administrative supervision of medicine management to establish an overall understanding on our country's administrative supervision vertically.The second chapter covered description of status of Chinese administrative supervision on medicine management and presentation of deficiencies in existing models from aspects of supervision subjects,legal grounds,information disclosure and others.In the third chapter,it introduced advanced supervision models for medicine management in America,Japan,Britain and other countries.Also,it summarized each of their characteristics and advantages,which provides enlightenments for the development of our administrative supervision on medicine management.In the fourth chapter,based on previous analysis and summary,it proposed several improvement suggestions for our current administrative supervision on medicine management from aspects of supervision system transformation,reinforcement of supervision,construction of law system and higher level of information disclosure.Thought these proposals might be not mature or developed enough,the author does hope to make some contributions to the development and progress of administrative supervision model for medicine management in our country.
