The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully held in the great hall of the people in Beijing on November 8,2012.At the opening ceremony,Hu jintao made a report on behalf of the 17 th central committee.He expounded the basic judgment of the world situation and the China domestic situation as well as made Chinese foreign policy issues clear.Generally speaking,Chinese hold the same diplomatic policy since the launch of the reform and open policy,but the changes deserve more attention.From these changes,we can see the new knowledge,new ideas and new trends of the Chinese communist party to the world situation and China's diplomatic policy.After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's diplomacy has been adjusted.This article consists mainly of introduction and four chapters.First of all,the article briefly introduces the changes in China's foreign policy objectives before and after the 18 th National Congress.The China's diplomacy has served for domestic economic construction since the reform and opening-up,but the foreign policy objectives has adjusted to serve " One hundred years " goal,to achieve China's great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream and striving for good external conditions for the reform and development since the 18 th National Congress.The implication of the adjustment of diplomatic objectives is that China's diplomatic work will become more aggressive.Secondly,the article will analyze the reasons of the changes of China's diplomacy from the three aspects of international pattern,China's domestic factors and the decision-making characteristics of the new leadership.The author thinks that the global geopolitical pattern and the change of China's surrounding environment,the development of national strength,The need for reform,public opinion factors and the personality characteristics of leaders are the reasons for the changes in China's diplomacy.In order to further elaborate the new changes in China's diplomacy,the article from the national interests as thebottom line,tough treatment of territorial disputes;take the initiative to shape the international mechanism,and actively participate in international affairs;strengthen the overall co-ordination of foreign policy and actively carry out high-level visits to these four aspects of specific strategy to demonstrate the positive progress of China's diplomacy.Finally,the article analyzes the phased effect of China's diplomatic transition,indicating that China's diplomatic changes can promote the democratization and fairness of the international order,effectively safeguard national interests and expand political influence,but also strengthen the power Competition,causing other countries to guard and prevent.
