Xi has made a comprehensive consideration of China's domestic development and foreign exchanges,and actively promoted the diplomacy of China's characteristic great powers.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China with General Secretary Xi as the core,in the process of China's foreign exchanges,the Communists adhere to the correct principles of construction,and the achievements of China's diplomatic discourse system construction are constantly enriched.The scientific and complete diplomatic discourse of the Communist Party of China enriches the Diplomatic Discourse System of our country,enriches the Marxist theory of party diplomacy,and effectively promotes the diplomacy of great powers with Chinese characteristics.Under the background of the new era,through the summary and analysis of the experience of the construction of China's Diplomatic Discourse System since the 18 th National Congress,it can provide useful reference for enriching the Diplomatic Discourse Discourse System of the Communist Party of China after the 18 th National Congress.Only the affairs in line with the development trend of the times can play its role.How to construct Diplomatic Discourse in line with the development trend of the times must analyze the changes of China's international and domestic background since the 18 th National Congress.Since the 18 th National Congress
