Advertisement is an important method to communicate marketing information,contributing to the circulation of commodities,the induction of consumption and the promotion of competition.However,the false advertisement spreads unchecked,breaking the economy order and the basement of integrity.What's more,the false advertisement also infringes the right of the consumers and legal competitors.It is urgent to govern the false advertisement.The thesis is written to introduce the false advertisement,based on the current situation of the false advertisement.The thesis firstly shows the introduction,which reflects the overall phenomenon of false advertisement,including the conception,characteristic and types.Then the thesis introduces the legal system of false advertisement at home and abroad in combination with conceptual analysis and comparative analysis to show the problems of administrating false advertisement.In the end,the thesis provides some suggestion about the governance of false advertisement in connection with reality,for example,to establish a uniform legislation mode,to strengthen the cohesion of laws,to complete the tort liability law of false advertisement,and reinforce the supervision and self-discipline of the advertising industry.
