The Research On The Exploration And Contribution Of Yang Mingzhai To Sinicization Of Marxism

The sinicization of Marxism is a historical process,that is,the combination of the basic principles of Marxism and the concrete reality of china.In a sense,the history of the Chinese communist party is a history of putting forward and exploring the Sinicization of Marxism and constantly promoting it in practice.Yang Mingzhai is one of initiated group members of the communist party in Shanghai and the Socialist Youth League Construction,but also one of the most important Marxists during the period of the founding of Communist.On one hand,he conducted a comprehensive and systematic study of Marxism and related theories.On the other hand,he actively promoted Marxism through various ways,and combined Marxism and Chinese revolutionary reality.He had made an important contribution to the dissemination of Marxism in China and the development of Chinese revolution.This paper analyzes the background of the objective and subjective factors when Yang Mingzhai explored sinicization of Marxism by the research method of comprehensive analysis and summarization.We summarize the reason why he disseminated Marxism and insisted on searching for the possibility of it in China.The major contributions of Yang Mingzhai to explore sinicization of Marxism are introduced from two aspects.The first aspect is from the spread of Marxism theory,Yang Mingzhai taking historical materialism as a weapon,criticized the conservatism cultural ideology of oriental culture representatives,such as Liang Qichao,Liang Shuming,Zhang Shizhao.He researched on Chinese issues with Marxism world outlook and historical view,analyzed Chinese traditional culture and western culture,and scientifically expound his view on Chinese and western culture,and also formed a distinctive cultural thought.The other aspect is from practical activities,he founded the party organizations and unions to study and research Marxism,and disseminated Marxism to young students and workers by reading publications and giving speeches to make them understand Marxism and improve their consciousness.He led and organized the workers’ movement,and expanded the ranks of the workers class,which came to possess class base for the sinicization of Marxism.The last part of this paper is to evaluate the contribution of Yang Mingzhai exploring sinicization of Marxism.Firstly,we summarize the main features of Yang Mingzhai exploring sinicization of Marxism.He emphasized on the combination of workers and farmers interests and the combination of theory and practice,and then extended a new approach of disseminating Marxism.Secondly,we find the limitations of Yang Mingzhai’s social environment and his own theoretical attainment and the shortcomings of his sinicization of Marxism.In this paper,we study the process of Yang Mingzhai exploring sinicization of Marxism.On one hand,we can explore the historical inevitability of the advanced elements of that era considering Marxism as a theoretical weapon for guiding Chinese revolution.On the other hand,from the early Marxists individual perspective,we can research the specific process and evolution of the spread of Marxism.Therefore,it has certain reference significance on the current situation to study Marxism and research sinicization of Marxism further.
