The Study On Lenin's Thought Of The Government Image And Its Contemporary Value

Lenin's thought of the government image,the theory put forward by Lenin facing the backward economy and culture in Russia after the October Revolution to establish a cheap,efficient and sunny model government image distinct with Czarist government through a series of positive policies and measures.A government with good image,not only can win public support,but also conducive to the smooth development of economic and social development and the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society.As a state administrative organ,it is of great importance to strengthen image building.Lenin's thought of the government image has an important guiding significance to mold the government image of our country.In the paper,exploring the achievements and problems of government construction in China on the basis of Lenin's thought of the government image and made attempt to unlock the path of shaping a good government image which is suitable for China's national conditions.This paper consists of four chapters:Chapter One: Introduction.This section introduces the research significance,the research status both at home and abroad,researching ideas and innovations as well as related meaning.Chapter Two: Lenin's thought of the government image.The first part is about the core content of Lenin's thought of the government image,Starting from the perspective of five aspects of government's values,code of conduct,the government performance,key carrier and international image,a discussion is conducted on its core contents.The second part mainly demonstrated the path designing of Lenin how to model government image,explained separately four respects from the thought of ideological building,legal system construction,organizational building and cultural construction.Chapter Three: Lenin's thought Chinazation of the government image.This chapter explains the concrete application of Lenin's thought of the government image in the early days of our nation and further development after the reform and opening up.Chapter Four: The four chapter analyses the contemporary value of Lenin's thought of the government image,which is the focus of this paper.On the issues and reasons of Chinese government image construction,its contemporary value was discussed from six aspects of combining the actual concrete circumstance of our country.Firstly,strengthen and improveideological and political education and establish service-type value concept.Secondly,strengthening the legal system construction and supervision to standardize the behavior of the government.Thirdly,uplifting administration efficiency so as to insure government output.Fourthly,selecting and promoting talented persons to ensure sophisticated cadres.Moreover,attaching great emphasis on the linkage between government and media to focus on the government image transmission.Lastly,persisting in the ideology of long-term construction and overall construction.Only in those initiatives mentioned above can actively promote Chinese government image construction,enhance the public trust of the government and build a favorable government image.
