The Research Of The Cultural Value Of The Ideological And Political Education

As a kind of culture exists,the ideological and political education is the intern of the cultural soft power,which is an important part of national cultural soft power.And our General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that it is necessary to tamp the foundations of cultural construction to enhance national cultural soft power in China.And “start from the moral,start from the general mood,start from everyone”is a very important job to tamp the foundations of cultural construction in China.It has the same aims,objectives and content of the ideological and political education.With the cultural soft power has become the focus of competition in overall national strength increasingly,the Party and government play the philosophy and social sciences in an important role in the socialization of the cultural soft power construction.Thus,the unique significance and the practical function of the cultural value of ideological and political education has becoming more evident.It is the main line that “ Why the ideological and political education has the culture value? What occurring forms are the cultural value of ideological and political education have? And how to realize the cultural values of the ideological and political education? ” in this paper.With this main line,the author around cultural values to analyze the existence of ideological and political education and another parts such as connotations,facets,manifestations and implement approaches.By analyzing the existence of cultural value of ideological and political education,the author try to perspective its facets to provide solutions for the realization of culture value of ideological and political education which can be a theory of power to contribute to the construction of national cultural soft power.There are three chapters in this paper,the introduction and literature review is earlier in this paper and by the end of the paper isconcluding remarks.Specific sections are distributed as follows :The first chapter: This part is the logical starting point,by studying the basis forexistence of cultural value of ideological and political education that ideological and political education is a special cultural practices,an important part of social culture construction and its an important part for the culture soft power to defines the connotation of cultural value of ideological and political education which is a kind of social activities including cultural property has the value of gifts to reflect the socialist cultural property for the ideological and political education as well as to meet the people's cultural needs and the needs of social and cultural development,On this basis,analyze four characteristics of the cultural value of ideological and political education which is the value orientation of class,the target for the social values,the initiative in the practice of value and the implicit to realizing the value.The second chapter: This part is the logical key of this paper,starting form the types of cultural value that there are internal culture and external culture value for the ideological and political education.According to this logic analysis,there are two different forms that is internal and external cultural value of ideological and political education in socialist society.Internal cultural values is to enhance people's ideological and moral qualities of influence,and external cultural value is to hold social influence of mainstream culture,to enhance the cohesion of the national culture,to integrate the tolerance of foreign culture and to create the force of new culture.The third chapter: This part is the logical end point of this paper,to discuss the cultural path to realize the value of ideological and political education.From the main condition,objective foundation and external cultural environment to realize the cultural value of ideological and political education,it muust follow the enrichment and development of ideological and political education and cultural needs of the subject and attent and highlight the ideological and political education of cultural property as well as build and improve the cultural environment of the ideological and political education.
