The birth of Marxism is accompanied with a variety of voices of opposition and criticism.It can be said that the development process of Marxism is also a history of fighting with all kinds of wrong thoughts.We must resolutely resist and criticize all kinds of anti-Marxist thoughts,New Liberalism is one of them.New Liberalism first appeared in western economics in the 1930 s,emphasizing the superiority of capitalist market economy which based on private ownership of capital,opposing government intervention and socialist system.The essence of New Liberalism was a social ideological trend which preserved bourgeois interests and defended capitalist system.Since the 1990 s,with the establishment of socialist market economic system and the gradual reform of economic and political system,New Liberalism has increasing impact on our country even on the development of our socialist modernization cause to some extent.Clarifying the difference between Marxism and New Liberalism is an inevitable requirement that our country always maintains the nature of socialism and ensures the deepening of the correct direction of reform.Since the 1990 s,criticizing New Liberalism has become an important task of the party and the state as well as the Marxism theoretical workers,and this task has experienced different periods with the changes of domestic and foreign environment.This paper Insists on the standpoint and approach of Marxism,studies the process of criticizing New Liberalism in China since the 1990 s according to the analysis of the changes of domestic and foreign environment,reveals the wrong nature of New Liberalism,identifies the truthfulness of Marxism,and draws some experiences to explore its enlightenment to effectively resist the invasion of wrong thoughts in our country at the same time.The thesis is mainly divided into the following three parts:The first part contains the connotation,main points and the influence of New Liberalism to our country.This part analyzes some basic definitions of the connotation in domestic and foreign academic circles.On this basis,it clarifies that New Liberalism is a kind of theoretical system and policy advocates which representing the international monopoly bourgeois interests,against Marxism and socialism,advocating liberalization?privatization and marketed,advocating individualistic values.New Liberalism has disturbed the direction and process of China's economic reform,threatened our country's political system and the communist Party's ruling status,hindering the construction of our core value system.The second part introduces the process of the criticism of New Liberalism in China since 1990 s.This study divides this process into three stages according to the changes of political and economic environment internationally and domestically.The first stage is from 1990 to 1996,New Liberalism begin global spread and interfere with China's market economic system reform,our country mainly focuses on the relationship between public ownership and market economy to criticize its economic theory;The second stage is from 1990 to 1996,the reform of New Liberalism led to the frequent and multifaceted financial crisis and distorted the spirit of the 15 th Party Congress,we further criticized its property rights theory,"limited government",foreign strategic theory advocates and nature.The third stage is since 2007,the global financial crisis break out and impact our economy,we began to focus on its ideological theory,to expose New Liberalism is an important factor of the financial crisis in the United States,and thus demonstrate its failure and end.The third part shows the contemporary revelations about the criticism of New Liberalism.This part is the foothold of the thesis,and it mainly focuses on our resistance against the invasion of wrong thoughts.On the basis of the experiences and lessons from the criticism of New Liberalism,some revelations are put forward that we must maintain a clear and accurate understanding of the struggle between our country and the wrong thoughts,strengthen the theoretical research of the wrong thoughts and adhere to the basic principles and standpoint of socialism in the process of comprehensively deepen reform,etc.
