From Opposition To Interaction: A Research On The Relation Of "State-society" Relation Within The Theory Of Western Liberalism

Since the country has established the comprehensive deepening of reform,the voice of freedom is getting higher and higher.With the rapid development of market economy,a new social order,which is called "in the allocation of resources play a decisive role",is gradually comming into fact.The relationship between the state and society is bound to rethink.The stability and development of society depends on the two dimensions of state and society,also depends on the rationality and legitimacy of state and social relations,and the effectiveness of the state and society.In the view of liberalism,the development of the relationship between state and society can provide basic theoretical support and historical argument for modern interactive state and social relations.This thesis explores the theoretical thoughts of the relationship between state and society under the different historical circumstances.First,the relationship between state and society can be traced back to the pre-liberal period.From the ancient Roman's private law on the recognition and protection of private property rights,to other schools' care of personal mind include Epicurus of pan-Hellenistic period.From the medieval "two swords" theory and political and religious dual pattern extended the classical liberal period of national and Socialism,and through the logic of human nature,natural law,social contract theory and other logical analysis of the classical liberal period of the two countries and social relations and its development trends and political practice.With the development of capitalism and the rise of the market economy,classical Liberalism began to convert to neoliberalism.Capitalist market on behalf of the private domain and the country against the negative countries.Which laid a solid foundation for the positive country.Under the stress of the economic crisis,the Neo-liberalism had back to the ancient form of classical liberalism.On which came out the different countries and social relations.The market was moved out of the community scope,forming a nation-market-society system.Whether it is binary or three points,it is always a liberal self-adjustment and consideration of reality.This thesis contains the analysis of historical evolution and logical deduction of the relationship between state and society from antagonism to interaction,it is also analyzed from "dichotomy" to "one third" through the relationship between state and society.Under the context of liberalism,this thesis tries to research the development of the whole country and society under the new situation of the market economy.Finally,to re-understand the interaction between the state and society to achieve the traditional state and social relations of modern transformation.Ultimately,The new state and social relations structure which fit the requirements of social modernization can be formed.
