Transgenic technology is one of the most important life science technologies that human beings have in the 20 th century,and it opened a new era of human social development.With the development of transgenic technology in full swing,the research and application on it is more and more widely both at home and abroad.The genetically modified technology has also made good results in our country.Genetically modified technology brings convenience in to human life,while at the same time,the problem of transgenic biosafety is followed.More and more people are concerned about the puzzle of transgenic biosafety.Therefore,the issue of transgenic biosafety,already became the most severe test in the development of transgenic technology,genetically products and other aspects of industrialization.China also began to build the legal system about the transgenic biosafety in the 1990 s.Firstly,This paper introduces the analysis of transgenic biosafety legislation present situation,is clear about the basic principles and the basic system in our legislation on the transgenic biosafety in China,find out the deficiency in the legislation of environmental safety.Secondly,targeted contrast analyzed genetically related legislation environmental safety features,and points it is worth reference for the legislation of our country,These foreign relatively perfect environmental safety of transgenosis in the legal system have a good revelation to our country.Finally,according to the transgenic modified organism for environmental safety legislation defects in China,puts forward some concrete solutions.
