The International Criminal Court was formally established in July 1,2002,"Rome statute of the International Criminal Court" also came into effect,the purpose of the establishment of the International Criminal Court and the aim is to maintain peace and security of the international community by combating international crime.The International Criminal Court as an independent international judicial institutions,the fundamental purpose of its establishment is to protect human rights,four major international crimes by the International Criminal Court has the jurisdiction of the crime of genocide,crimes against humanity,war crimes and crimes of aggression,the international crime is a serious threat to international peace and security,human rights violations.The passage of the Rome statute also marks the start of the international human rights law,and further protection of human rights through the fight against international crime.The International Criminal Court,as a permanent and independent international judicial organ,has been the focus of controversy in the international community.In particular,the International Criminal Court and the United Nations Security Council,the state sovereignty,the relationship between the jurisdiction of non States parties to become the focus of controversy.Based on the International Criminal Court for the establishment of background,to further explore the International Criminal Court has jurisdiction over crimes and protection of human rights issues related to in-depth analysis and research,interpretation,and then dig the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court in the process of practice and between national sovereignty and the UN Security Council,in-depth analysis China not approved by the possibility of joining the "Rome statute" and the specific reasons for the future to join the "Rome statute".In order to further explore the issue of human rights protection in the international criminal justice practice,and promote the International Criminal Court to better and more international influence in the direction of development.
