Research On Proof Force Of The Expert's Conclusion In Civil Lawsuits

Besides the method of Free heart syndrome,there is no other methods for us to take proof force of our country's civil expert opinion in the practical application process,which result in optional adoption of the proof force of expert opinion in civil.This paper analyzes the problems of China's civil proof force of expert opinion,one is the proof force of the civil appraisal opinion,the other is the question of the judgment of the force size.On the basis of this,the reasons for the above two problems are analyzed.,and puts forward the method to solve the problem of the judgment of the above mentioned civil identification opinions.This paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter one: Chapter one: the interpretation and analysis of the relevant theory of the proof of the civil expertise,the purpose is to define the relevant professional terminologyThe second chapter: two problems of China's civil proof force of expert opinion which exists in the adoption of the proof force of expert opinion that civil has no problem,and the size of the proof strength of judgment.The third chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the above two problems on the basis of the second chapter,so as to find the theoretical basis for solving the problem.In the fourth chapter,the method of solving the problem of the proof of the above mentioned civil identification opinions is put forwardThe conclusion part summarizes the problems of expert opinion evidence,which play an important role.This part emphasize the research on the expert opinion of the need to strengthen the civil is very important.
