With the fast development of Internet,the types of cyberspace virtual property are continually updated and extended,the tort liability cases of cyberspace virtual property are daily characterized by diversified.In spite of the property nature of cyberspace virtual property,different from traditional property types,the types of tort liability cases are different from traditional tort cases accordingly.More and more attention has been paid to the security of cyberspace virtual property,since law nature of cyberspace virtual property has not been unified concluded,and which would lead arguments in the aspects of tort law of some extend.Therefore,the study for Remedy System of tort cases of cyberspace virtual property has become an important course.On the basis of Tort law,this article would analyze and study on the Remedy System of tort cases of cyberspace virtual property.The first part of this article is introduction,basically discussing the background significance of this course.And the 1st chapter is the summary of the Remedy System of tort cases of cyberspace virtual property,on the basis of the typical case of Li Hongchen claims against Bei Ji Bingyi.And with analyzing some cases,the 2nd chapter is raising the problems in the existing Remedy System of our country.The 3rd chapter is presenting some advises for improving the Remedy System of tort cases of cyberspace virtual property in our country.
